Une villa d'exception au bord du lac

À Veyrier‑le‑Lac , nous avons mené un projet complet de modernisation des menuiseries extérieures d'une villa neuve d'architecte.

 

Des menuiseries aluminium sur mesure et variées

Après la pose du gros œuvre, notre équipe a installé un ensemble de coulissants de grande dimension, coulissants d'angle, portes‑fenêtres et châssis fixes parfaitement intégrés au dessin contemporain de la maison.

 

Confort, performance et maîtrise de la lumière

Toutes les menuiseries en aluminium bénéficient d'une excellente isolation thermique et acoustique , indispensable sur un site exposé aux variations climatiques du bord du lac. L'intégration de BSO sur l'ensemble des grandes baies vitrées permet de moduler les apports solaires, d'éviter les surchauffes estivales et de créer une ambiance lumineuse confortable tout au long de l'année.​

 

Une architecture ouverte sur le paysage

Les profilés fins et les grandes surfaces vitrées assurent une continuité visuelle entre intérieur et terrasses , avec des coulissants d'angle qui libèrent entièrement les façades lorsque les ouvrants sont ouverts. Associées au bardage bois et aux garde‑corps vitrés, ces menuiseries soulignent le caractère contemporain de la villa tout en mettant en scène la vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes.
